Bellarmine Celebrates Green Week PDF Print E-mail
vertbellgreen6.jpgBellarmine students were treated to a cookout as part of their Green Week celebration.  KAIRE was there to provide tire gauges, t-shirts and an invitation to join the KAIRE Network.

Warm spring weather brought out students to enjoy lunch in the Quad.  Students were given a plant and a small clay pot to paint in order to "green" up their dorm rooms.  The cookout also provided an informal setting in which to discuss air quality, recycling and bicycle commuting options.  Thanks to John Guinter, Environmental Sustainability Chair of Bellarmine's Student Government Association for inviting KAIRE to be part of this green event.
