Louisville is among the most congested cities of its size, despite a slowdown in the number of rush-hour commuters blamed on higher gas prices and a faltering economy, a new report finds.

Only one other metro area with 500,000 to 1 million residents — Tucson, Ariz. — had longer delays than the 13-county Louisville and Southern Indiana area, where the typical driver wastes 38 hours a year in slow-moving or halted rush-hour traffic.  Read more here.
